Requirements

• Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to offer. • Maintain accurate workflows and data in the ATS and internal systems. • Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment workflows. • Bachelor’s degree. • Proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to tech hiring. • Experience hiring across multiple regions, including Singapore, Indonesia and other Southeast Asia regions. • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. • Excellent communication skills in English, and additional Asian language skills are an advantage. • Able to manage multiple roles with strong organisation and follow-through. • Comfortable engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines.Good to have: • experience with Lever ATS, a data-driven approach, and familiarity with fintech, Web3, and blockchain recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent to fill key positions within the organization in Asia Pacific region. • Develop a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with company goals and culture. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs for candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Conduct thorough research on potential job seekers using various sources such as online platforms, professional networks, industry events etc. • Prepare compelling employer branding materials that effectively communicate the company culture and values. • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings or video interviews with candidates who meet job requirements, using AI tools as needed but not relying solely on them. • Facilitate in-person interviews by coordinating schedules between hiring managers, interviewers, and the candidate(s). • Provide feedback to hiring teams regarding each candidate's fit for the role based on their performance during screenings or interviews. • Assist with reference checks as needed while maintaining confidentiality of all parties involved. • Develop relationships within industry networks in Asia Pacific region and attend relevant events, conferences etc., to identify potential candidates. • Monitor job market trends related to the company's key positions and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
