• (Eligible After Completion of 1L Year) • Applicants must: • Have successfully completed their first year (1L) at an ABA-accredited law school • Be in good academic standing • Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills • Submit a (1) resume, (2) cover letter, and (3) transcript • Candidates are encouraged to demonstrate value through academic work, professional experience, leadership, technical fluency, entrepreneurial initiatives, or other experiences reflecting intellectual rigor, resilience, and initiative. An optional 250-word statement may describe relevant interests, challenges navigated, or the perspective the applicant would bring to an in-house legal team. • Interest or exposure in one or more of the following areas is encouraged: • FinTech, blockchain, and digital assets • Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies • Data privacy and cybersecurity • Commercial contracts • Financial regulation and market structure • Cleared derivatives and commodities law • Federal, state, or international litigation
