Requirements
• Prior experience within the Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domain. • Proven success working with large financial institutions, banks or global enterprises. • Experience with API based products, a strong understanding of JSON, the ability to read and understand code, and familiarity with one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java. Bonus points for knowledge of web development principles and/or the ability to build internal tools using one of the above languages. • Strong analytical skills: you can dig into the technical details of a problem and turn it into a proposed solution. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment working with global clients. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas, and to tailor your communication to their role and seniority. • Compensation: OTE of $200,000 - $240,000 + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
Responsibilities
• Lead prospects through the sales process by connecting their needs to Sardine’s value. • Deliver best-in-class product demonstrations. • Fill out RFPs and win over prospective customer's technical teams with thought leadership and consultative approach. • Internally, provide insights from field experiences that shape our product roadmap for future customers. • Support Account Executives in identifying a prospect’s fraud and compliance needs. • Prepare and deliver customized demos to showcase the impact of Sardine's platform on potential clients. • Interface with Security teams to articulate our security posture for competitive opportunities, ensuring successful completion of security reviews. • Complete RFPs (Request For Proposals) as part of securing new business engagements and revenue growth initiatives. • Create comprehensive Solution Designs that address the prospect’s specific needs in fraud prevention and AML compliance, ensuring alignment with Sardine's capabilities to add value for customers. • Collaborate with peers within the Sales Engineering team to improve all processes related to sales engineering activities.
