Responsibilities
• Execute provider operations workflows • Manage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracy • Execute onboarding workflows for new providers, ensuring all steps are completed on time • Track and support provider incentives and operational processes • Maintain documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures • Maintain provider data and systems • Update and manage provider data in Airtable and other systems • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling and operations • Run regular audits to identify and correct errors • Support day-to-day provider operations • Troubleshoot basic provider-facing issues (scheduling, tools, workflows) • Support provider ramp and onboarding experience • Help ensure providers have what they need to operate effectively • Support cross-functional coordination • Assist with clinical program operations (e.g., group scheduling support) • Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs • Support with licensing and credentialing coordination as needed
