Requirements

• An operator who thrives when complexity is high, the stakes are real, and the system has to work at scale. • Comfortable running multiple implementations in parallel - you know where every workstream stands, you own the plan, and you close gaps before they become escalations. • Credible in rooms with health system executives and front-line clinical staff alike - you translate Cadence's clinical and technical model into terms that land with each audience. • Fluent in project risk - you maintain the log not as a formality but as a live decision tool, and you push for timely resolution from all sides. • Comfortable using AI productivity tools to manage project documentation, synthesize status across workstreams, and keep stakeholder communications current without letting administrative work slow the implementation down. • Biased toward action - you tighten every process you touch, close every loop you open, and never drop a ball. • 5+ years of implementation, program management, or account management experience in or with large healthcare organizations. • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from contract through go-live. • Familiarity with health system EMR environments and the role of EHR integration in clinical technology deployments. • Track record of managing implementation risk - maintaining issue logs, escalating to executive audiences, and driving decisions to close. • Experience developing and delivering content to operational and clinical leadership audiences at health systems. • Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Beginning after a “verbal yes” and launching in earnest after a contract signature, organize and execute the implementation plan to successfully launch Cadence and grow our patient volume. • Identify and engage key external stakeholders necessary for the implementation • Conduct education as necessary for new stakeholders not engaged during sales • Develop and deliver content during routine and ad-hoc operational meetings in order to positively influence decisions favorable to successful implementation • Control scope, schedule and cost of the implementation • Kickoff and manage project plans • Maintain an accurate risk/issue log and ensure c-team and partner leaders are informed and make timely decisions • Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement matrix to ensure the partnership is well socialized and key operational and clinical stakeholders down to the “pilot” market level are engaged and excited • Collaborate closely with other key Cadence teams, including solutions and integrations, provider relations, partnerships, sales, executives, product, engineering, clinical operations and marketing

• Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base salary for this role typically ranges between $130,000 - $190,000, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package.
