Requirements
• 3+ years analytical experience working in a B2B environment supporting product, sales, marketing, or customer activation efforts, with a proven ability to independently manage a complex workload and set priorities • Expert proficiency in SQL, with hands-on exposure to database management and data modelling • Experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and comfort working across the full data stack • Exceptional talent for communicating ambiguous problems, connecting data to business outcomes, and translating findings for non-technical audiences • A growth mindset with a natural curiosity that helps you to spot, break down, and resolve complex problems, all while maintaining data quality and accuracy • Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools like dbt and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product intelligence platforms • Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms • A statistical background or experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
