Responsibilities
• Develop and implement machine learning models to improve cloud services delivery in the public sector. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Rackspace's Public Cloud division to align ML strategies with business objectives. • Analyze data sets, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for enhancing service quality and customer experience in the cloud sector. • Monitor system performance metrics related to machine learning operations within Rackspace's Public Cloud infrastructure; identify bottlenecks or issues that may impact efficiency or reliability of ML services offered by Rackspace. • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of AI, data science, cloud computing, machine learning algorithms, big data analytics, etc., to continuously improve skills and knowledge base for delivering cutting edge solutions within Public Cloud division at Rackspace Vietnam office; attend industry conferences or webinars as needed. • Participate in regular meetings with senior management team members from various departments (e.g., IT operations, customer service) to discuss progress on ML projects and potential areas for improvement/enhancement of cloud services delivery based on feedback received directly from end users; provide input into strategic planning processes related to Rackspace's Public Cloud offerings in Vietnam market segment as needed by senior management team members. • Maintain open lines of communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT operations, customer service) regarding status updates on current ML projects/initiatives; provide regular reports or presentations summarizing key findings from data analysis conducted during project workweek to facilitate informed decision making by senior management team members at Rackspace Vietnam office concerning future directions for Public Cloud services delivery initiatives. • Actively seek out new opportunities within the organization (e.g., cross-functional assignments) that will allow growth in knowledge/skills related specifically towards improving cloud service offerings through application of machine learning techniques; demonstrate leadership qualities when working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments or teams at Rackspace Vietnam office on shared projects aimed at enhancing customer experience via improved delivery mechanisms utilizing AI-driven solutions within Public Cloud division. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to client data/projects handled during course of employment; adhere strictly to company policies governing ethical conduct while working with proprietary technologies or intellectual property developed internally at Rackspace Vietnam office as part team efforts towards delivering innovative solutions within Public Cloud division. • Provide technical support for colleagues who may require assistance understanding complex concepts related specifically toward machine learning algorithms used in cloud services delivery; offer guidance on best practices when working with AI tools/software packages commonly employed by Rackspace Vietnam office staff members involved directly or indirect
