Requirements

Responsibilities
• Build the Function • Define the customer marketing operating model, including ownership boundaries with Customer Success, Product, Growth and ABM • Establish cross-functional workflows with Events, Partnerships, and Revenue teams • Create the customer segmentation framework that identifies strategic vs. growth accounts • Hire and scale the team as the function matures
