Requirements

• Experience in programme management, product delivery, or a senior project management role within a data, technology, or complex enterprise environment. • Proven track record of successfully orchestrating and delivering complex data or technology products across multiple teams and geographical locations. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing pragmatic delivery approaches. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage integrated delivery plans, dependencies, and risks across various workstreams. • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and tangible deliverables. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in identifying and resolving complex delivery issues, providing clear direction under pressure. • Familiarity with data platforms, data warehousing, and analytics concepts (e.g., Databricks, dashboarding, data pipelines). • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization. • Experience within HR technology, People Analytics, or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., Workday). • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance-driven data projects (e.g., GDPR, EU Pay Transparency). • Experience with product management concepts and road-mapping for data products. • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). • Experience leading or mentoring junior project/programme managers or delivery leads • You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views. Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for the global people data product across all critical workstreams (e.g., core data, reporting, regulatory compliance like EU Pay Transparency, integrations with Workday and other systems, analytics). • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs across various groups, including business platforms, people operations, and other enterprise initiatives. • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring timely decision-making and providing clear direction to overcome obstacles. • Translate overarching strategic priorities and product vision into executable delivery plans, concrete milestones, and measurable outcomes. • Coordinate delivery efforts seamlessly across engineering, analytics, and diverse stakeholder groups (People/HR teams, Enterprise Technology, Network representatives) to ensure alignment, maintain momentum, and drive progress. • Establish and continuously refine effective ways of working, delivery frameworks, and road-mapping processes to enhance efficiency and predictability. • Ensure transparent and consistent communication regarding delivery status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
