Requirements

• At least 5-10 years in project management, strategy, operations, or consulting, ready to take on a role that challenges and excites. • A data wizard with a command of SQL and Microsoft Office, and a curiosity for new analytical tools. • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of turning plans into measurable success. • A dynamic team player who thrives in multicultural, fast-paced environments, and embraces uncertainty with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• As a pivotal member of the new Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence Team, you will lead transformative projects that redefine talent acquisition. Your strategic vision will not only elevate the quality of our hires but also streamline our processes, making a lasting impact on Agoda's future. With a data-driven mindset and a bias for using technology, you will be at the forefront of innovation, crafting solutions that have positive impact on a global scale. As a member of this new team, you will have the opportunity to shape how this team is organized and operates. • Own initiatives to optimize key metrics like Time to hire, Cost per hire, Conversion, etc., enhancing our operational excellence. • Influence the future of Agoda by presenting your visionary projects (based on a data-driven approach) to senior leaders and securing their support. • Collaborate with the People Technology Team to pioneer tech-driven solutions, from AI to advanced analytics. • Imagine yourself leading projects that impact hundreds of thousands of job applicants through technology, help to reduce dozens of thousands of working hours using GenAI, enable integrated talent strategies, etc. • Over time, mentor and lead a team of analysts, multiplying your impact.
