Mercury - Engineering Manager - Mercury Accounting

• Lead a team of 6+ exceptional software engineers, growing the team through performance management, mentorship, and hiring. • Contribute to a team culture that aligns to Mercury’s values. • Help define technical architecture for ingesting financial data from hundreds of sources and streaming them to Mercury’s accounting service. • Work closely with designers, product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape product strategy and execute on the Accounting team roadmap. • Collaborate with other engineering teams on overlapping work, optimizing for product cohesion and simplicity over strict division of responsibility.
