Requirements
• Strategic Leadership: • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional group sales strategy aligned with Cloudbeds' overall business objectives. • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. • Sales Management: • Sales Management: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of group sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. • Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management. • Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and associations. • Represent Cloudbeds at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. • Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group sales segment. • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline. • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements. • Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and support sales efforts. • Team Development: • Team Development: • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals. • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. • What Sets You Up for Success: • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to Hotel Groups. • Established network of contacts within the hotel industry. • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing, remote sales teams. • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and Enterprise sales processes. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans. • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools. • Ability to travel as required. • Demonstrable success in selling PMS or other hotel tech software. • What to Expect - Your Journey with Us • Behind Cloudbeds' revolutionary technology is a team of redefining what's possible in hospitality.
