Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment. • Skills: Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity. • Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus. • Tech-Savvy: • Mindset: Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
