Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years as a full-stack engineer • Backend Mastery: Strong experience building scalable backend systems. • API Design: Ability to design clean, intuitive APIs and integration frameworks. • Self-starter: Manage your own work and structure in high-paced, potentially ambiguous problem spaces • Creativity: Consistent ability to overcome obstacles with creative, cost-effective solutions. • Product Velocity: A track record of shipping features that drive business value. • Location: In-person in Austin, TX. • Who You’ll Work With: • Intelligence & CX Teams: Collaborate to ensure consistent product delivery. • Founders: Align product architecture with the roadmap. • GKE, GCP, Spanner, Starrocks, Redis, Go, Python, Typescript • Compensation: $180,000 - $225,000 + Equity • Base Salary: $170,000 - $215,000 fixed annual salary (All Base) • 401k match: 4% match of compensation (~$8,000) • Equity Grant: 0.2% - 0.4% with 4-year vesting • Life At Verisoul • In office 5 days a week in Austin, Texas! Responsibilities
• Build the product engines. Ship the APIs, SDKs, and verification rails that power Verisoul.
