Responsibilities
• Utilize client service expertise and accounting knowledge to drive a positive client experience. • Use extensive government contracting experience to build Supporting Strategies’ reputation for uniqueness in the workplace. • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal regulations related to government contracts. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, QuickBooks Government Edition is required. • Experience setting up new government contracts within the company's accounting system needed. • Strong working experience with Indirect and direct costs for government contracts expected. • Preference given to candidates who have payroll experience managing multiple government contracts, WIP Reports, Incurred Cost Submissions. • Capacity and commitment required to work during traditional business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). • Managed day-to-day relationships with clients within established processes and budget parameters necessary for the role.
