Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in a cutting-edge, fast paced, SaaS environment • Experience using Customer Success Platforms (such as Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight) and you find it easy to learn new systems quickly • An incredibly strong sense of ownership--you take a proactive approach to triage potential issues and resolve them • You're comfortable using AI and deep analytics to ensure customers achieve measurable value • Excellent partnership skills and the ability to communicate exceptionally well with a wide range of stakeholders, it's a normal day if you're taking to a CEO, an architect, and an internal software engineer back-to-back. • A major plus if you also bring: • Domain knowledge in Homebuilding • Working at Higharc • Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. Responsibilities

• This role is a key driver in accelerating time-to-value for our customers. Expect to: • Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle, including but not limited to: Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations • Guide customers beyond incremental adoption toward operating model reinvention • Serve as the escalation owner when stakes are high • Bring market intelligence and industry trends into every engagement • Influence product direction based on real-world implementation friction
