Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 4-6+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or clinical staffing. • Proven success in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, registered dieticians). • Familiarity with healthcare settings, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific hiring challenges. • Self starter and strong ability to manage well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Knowledge of effective hiring best practices. • Creative sourcing strategies and solutions to find Clinicians nationwide. • Wheel is committed to equal employment opportunities for all team members. Responsibilities
• Full Lifecycle Recruitment: • Source and interview clinicians, ensuring a seamless and exceptional recruitment process. • Partner with the Marketplace Ops team to strategically prioritize recruitment efforts toward high-need state licenses, clinician types, and specialties. • Identify and implement process improvements across the clinical recruitment life cycle to enhance efficiency and throughput. • Build strong relationships with clinicians to foster long-term engagement and retention, maintaining professional and reliable communication. • Analyze and report key hiring metrics to evaluate the success of sourcing strategies and inform data-driven decisions. • Sourcing and Coordination: • Conduct initial resume reviews on external job boards to identify candidates that meet job qualifications. • Import candidate data from external sites and guide candidates on how to complete a Wheel application. • Respond to messages from candidates across Careteam, Fountain, Jira, and external job boards. • Move candidates through the initial workflow stages in the applicant tracking systems and keep candidate data accurate and organized.
