Requirements
• 2+ year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and other Paid Social platforms is a plus, but not required • Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You should speak with authority and feel confident in your ability to convey nuance. • Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail • BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework (exceptions will be made for experienced candidates)
Responsibilities
• Build and manage paid social campaigns in alignment with media plans • Act as the primary contact and media expert for clients representing your assigned accounts • Make swift optimizations to ensure optimal pacing and performance • Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign goals and best practices • Leverage Zeta’s Data Cloud to identify and target additional audiences for scale
