Requirements
• 2+ years of experience within the healthcare setting, working with or for health insurance plans, networks or credentials verification organizations • Experience working collaboratively across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success) • Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy to understand documentation • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software (e.g., Airtable, Certify) • While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in California or Washington for this particular position • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or large healthcare system • Experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers (preferably behavioral health) • Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, & NCQA requirements • Experience working with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) • We're serious about your well-being!
