• 3 to 5+ years as a backend engineer at a modern tech company
• High level of ownership and care for your work, with a track record to show for it
• You enjoy working with customers and can explain technical things to people who aren't engineers
• You take feedback quickly and turn it into growth

• Bonus if you've worked on AI features and how to evaluate them, or on product analytics.
• Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, AWS. Experience with these is a plus, but not required. We are more excited about how you approach problems and find solutions.
