Requirements
• Strategic HR Partnership: • Serve as the primary HRBP for: • CS + Onboarding • CS + Onboarding • Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies. • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives. • Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high-performing teams. • Team Member Relations and Culture • Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment. • Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. • Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives. • Regional Employment and Contractor Compliance • Own compliance across Spain and EMEA, including: • Spain • Employment law and regulatory requirements • Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)Equality PlansMandatory conciliation processes • Termination and documentation compliance • Multi-country employment and contractor regulations • EOR (Employer of Record) compliance for EMEA countries • Contractor policy alignment • Regional documentation requirements • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team member and contractor lifecycle. • People Operations and HR Systems • Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes. • Maintain accurate and confidential team member data in Workday. • Workday • Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting. • Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues. • Global HRBP Collaboration • Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs. • Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning. • Strengthen cross-regional People processes and communication. • What Sets You Up for Success: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. • Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes.Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. • Spanish labor law • EOR and contractor compliance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel. • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. • Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. • Workday experience is a strong plus. • What to Expect - Your Journey with Us • Behind Cloudbeds' revolutionary technology is a team of redefining what's possible in hospitality.
