Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead the operational cadence of the team by managing logistics and ceremonies to maximize productive time for engineers. • Translate complex technical discussions into clear decisions and action items to ensure alignment between client and delivery team. • Rigorously track dependencies and milestones to maintain momentum in deliveries and anticipate scheduling conflicts. • Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical stakeholders and business representatives, ensuring understanding of the "what" and "why". • Identify potential blockers early on with a focus on proactive risk management by partnering with technical leadership to find solutions before they impact timelines. • Promote continuous improvement within an agile framework that fosters transparency without adding bureaucracy, implementing lightweight frameworks specifically for the organization's needs.
