motorway - Project Manager - Marketplace Trust (9 month FTC)

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Marketplace Trust projects - defining scope, timelines, success metrics, and resource requirements across the full project lifecycle. • From week one, get under the skin of the key threats to user trust on the Motorway platform and turn that understanding into structured, actionable project plans. • Work with our data team to build deeper insight into trust trends on the platform, helping inform decision-making at senior leadership level. • Present project updates, risks, and dependencies directly to the senior leadership team - this role has real visibility at the top of the business. • Work closely with the Head of Legal & Risk to drive awareness of the team's impact and expand our influence across the organisation. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure trust isn't just a principle - it's visible in how we operate, how we make decisions, and how we hold ourselves accountable. • Support the design and delivery of internal training programmes on marketplace trust topics.
