iHerb - Sr. Product Manager - AI Applications

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task. • Expertise in AI workflow management and orchestration tools (e.g., n8n). • Deep understanding of LLM-based development environments and tools like Claude Code. • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and system integrations. • Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. • Preferred: • Preferred: • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms). • Proficiency in AI platforms, agentic frameworks, and automation tools. • Generally requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant focus on AI/ML application development and the deployment of agentic solutions within a corporate environment. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related technical field is preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. • Hired applicant may be awarded Restrict Stock Units and receive annual bonuses pursuant to eligibility and performance criteria defined in the respective plan documents and policies. • Anticipated Pay Scale: • $205,000—$235,000 USD • Staffing Agency Submission Notice iHerb does not accept unsolicited 3rd party ("Agency") candidates.
