Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Management hands on experience leading a cross functional team. • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex products that combine deep technical systems, non-trivial business logic, and high operational or regulatory constraints. • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Business, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision and prioritization. You have a sufficient grasp of these disciplines, such that you can sketch high-level solutions to product problems in software design artifacts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Owner’s mentality: you tackle challenges head-on and drive solutions with conviction. • Highly data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, including the ability to define KPIs, create product impact dashboards, and synthesize data into actionable product requirements. • A track record of leveraging qualitative (customer interviews) and quantitative (product usage data) insights to validate assumptions and drive product strategy. • Fluency in German. • Experience in Investment products, preferably with a leading European Fintech, investment firm or a Bank’s investment division. • Experience with Looker or similar analytical tools. • At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Responsibilities

• In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team while receiving mentorship from experienced team members who are committed to your professional development. • Team leadership: Act as the primary Product Manager for a dedicated cross-functional team (Engineering and Design). You will lead daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning under the close mentorship of senior team members. • Team leadership: • Execution: Own the execution of your team’s roadmap. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of product features within the Investment and Pension domain, from discovery through to launch and post-launch monitoring. • Execution: • Roadmap support: Work with your mentors to translate the tribe strategy into actionable quarterly plans for your team, learning how to prioritize. • Roadmap support: • Documentation: Draft high-quality product artifacts, including User Stories, PRDs, and user journeys, ensuring engineers and designers have the clarity needed for execution. • Documentation: • Data-Driven Insights: Support the team in tracking quarterly OKRs and KPIs.
