Stack AV - Program Manager, Training

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in any field of study. • 3+ years of experience in a related field or 3+ years experience of project management in a leadership development or curriculum / academic atmosphere. • Proven content creation skills with the ability to take highly technical instructions and simplify for Operational use and Executive-level understanding. • Strong presentation skills and ability to create content pertinent to leadership development. • Proactive problem solver who can assess information, connect the right teams together, and formulate solutions in a timely manner. • Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting objectives while working under deadlines and still delivering excellent results. • Hands-on experience and strong background leading multiple projects that support cross functional teams. • We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
