Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support development and communication of network demand forecasts to operational stakeholders. • Monitor capacity across fulfillment and pharmacy operations, identifying potential constraints, imbalances, and execution risks. • Partner with Operations and Business Analytics to align forecast, capacity, and labor plans across the network. • Support the conversion of forecasted demand and production volume into labor hours using established planning frameworks. • Calculate and publish weekly hours targets by department and site. • Monitor Planned vs. Actual hours performance, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities. • Differentiate between model gaps and execution issues to support effective decision-making. • Drive execution-level alignment and accountability across Operations, Recruiting, HR, Learning, and Finance. • Coordinate planning cadences and follow-ups to ensure plans are executed consistently. • Identify opportunities to improve planning assumptions, workflows, and processes. • Maintain labor models, including productivity assumptions and operational constraints. • Partner with Business Analytics to develop standardized reporting and scalable planning tools. • Maintain clear documentation of planning assumptions, outputs, and model updates.
