A.Team - Forward Deploy - Engineering Manager (Core Platform)

• Lead Platform Engineering • Own the roadmap and delivery for Assemble's core platform capabilities • Build scalable infrastructure including data pipelines, knowledge management, agent orchestration, and enterprise integrations • Drive architecture decisions that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform scalability • Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance at enterprise scale • Drive Engineering Excellence • Establish and enforce engineering standards, development practices, and code quality across the organization • Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions • Build an AI-native team—incorporate AI into engineering workflows and practices • Reduce technical debt while maintaining delivery velocity • Create documentation and knowledge sharing practices • Build CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tooling • Manage & Develop the Team • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations • Make hiring decisions and participate in technical interviews • Build a high-trust, high-performance engineering culture • Platform capabilities accelerate delivery team velocity measurably • Engineering and AI standards and practices improve across the organization • Engineering team is productive, engaged, and growing • You're the technical leader others look to for guidance on "how we build" • At A.Team, we believe diverse teams create better products and experiences.
