Requirements
• 5+ years in motion design, with a portfolio that shows both craft and range: brand campaigns, product animation, social content, and ideally some work at global or multicultural scale. • Expert in After Effects; comfortable in Figma, Lottie, and at least one 3D tool (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent) • Strong visual fundamentals: timing, easing, composition, and the discipline to make motion feel intentional rather than decorative • Can move from brief to finished asset without heavy hand-holding, and can bring others along on the creative direction • Comfortable working across product and marketing surfaces simultaneously, not just one or the other • First-principles thinker: you question whether something needs to move before deciding how
