Requirements
• A Strategic Partner: You comfortably navigate ambiguous problems and demonstrate solid professional judgment to guide clients toward the best solutions. • A Relationship Builder: You thrive on connecting with others, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes through collaboration. • Data-Driven: You use insights and data to inform your retention and expansion strategies, ensuring every decision is backed by evidence. • A "Learn-it-all": You stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings, constantly seeking ways to add value to your clients and your team. • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in Digital Health, Benefits, or Healthcare SaaS • Experience with musculoskeletal (MSK) or digital health solutions. • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving retention or expansion outcomes. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience supporting enterprise clients in a high-growth environment. • Proficiency with Gainsight and account planning tools. • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
