Matillion - Senior Staff Software Engineer - FrontEnd

• Expert-level React and TypeScript — deep understanding of component architecture, state management, event-driven architectures, test strategies, and performance optimisation at scale • Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of significant frontend projects in a SaaS product environment, including cross-team strategic efforts like Design Systems or micro-frontends • Deep proficiency in agentic development — AI tools are already part of your daily engineering workflow, not something you're exploring • Strong experience designing modular, testable frontend systems capable of supporting complex, AI-driven user workflows, with a solid grasp of frontend security best practices • A strategic, economically-minded thinker who can zoom out to the organisational level, influence decisions, and balance long-term maintainability with delivery velocity • At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £76,000 - £114,000.
