• 1. CA or MBA with 2+ years of post-qualification work experience • 2. Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred • 3. Strong excel skills with hands-on experience on business analysis and reporting • 4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management and external executives • 5. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally • 6.
