Requirements
• Empathetic and clear communicator. You speak with kindness, listen actively, and make others feel at ease – even during difficult or emotional conversations. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple patients at different stages in the process and never let things slip through the cracks. • Tech-comfortable. You’re comfortable learning tools like Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), or CRMs like HubSpot, and pick up new software quickly. • Mission-aligned. You care deeply about improving care for older adults and are excited to play a key role in someone’s first step toward better mental health. • Experience welcome, not required. You may have worked in healthcare, customer service, or an administrative support role before – but most importantly, you’re organized, compassionate, and eager to grow.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a remote setting as part of our Patient Growth department at Sailor Health. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient services across Canada. • Engage with patients virtually, offering support and guidance for their treatment plans within the scope defined by medical directives. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and care provided through electronic systems or other secure methods as required. • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless patient transitions between shifts when necessary, adhering strictly to privacy regulations. • Stay updated on best practices in remote healthcare delivery by participating in relevant training programs offered by Sailor Health or other accredited institutions. • Monitor personal wellbeing and manage stress levels while working remotely to maintain a high standard of patient care without direct supervision, ensuring self-motivation and time management skills are consistently applied throughout the workday.
