Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in product management, building growth and marketing solutions, ideally within fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms. • Proven track record in designing and scaling referral programs or viral growth campaigns for B2C apps. • Strong analytical proficiency (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL). • Understanding gamification, reward systems, and network effects in product design. • Creative yet data-savvy mindset: can ideate growth hacks and measure impact rigorously. • Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills. • Working knowledge of paid acquisition, app store optimization, and influencer marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Design & deliver growth features such as referral and loyalty programs to boost user sign-ups, engagement & retention. • Identify & implement growth loops, viral mechanics, and incentive strategies that increase user lifetime value. • Collaborate with design, and engineering teams to integrate referral features into the app experience. • Analyze funnel metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) & collaborate with marketing team to refine campaigns. • Conduct A/B testing and leverage behavioral insights for continuous improvement. • Oversee marketing automation, attribution tracking, and CRM strategies to improve user reactivation.
