Requirements
• Proven experience as an internal recruiter, agency recruiter, or interim recruiter hiring GTM roles in fast-paced tech environments • Strong track record delivering hires across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Implementation roles • Hands-on sourcing capability with confidence approaching passive candidates directly • Strong process management skills with ability to move multiple roles quickly and efficiently • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Commercial mindset with strong understanding of revenue-generating functions • Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable operating with urgency
Responsibilities
• FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT DELIVERY • Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation • Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with pace and quality • Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networks • Screen, assess, and manage candidates through interview process to offer stage • HIRING MANAGER PARTNERSHIP • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities • Drive interview processes, feedback timelines, and decision making • Keep stakeholders updated with clear market insight and pipeline progress • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process • TALENT PIPELINE & MARKET COVERAGE • Identify and engage top commercial talent across the UK and Europe • Build short-term pipelines for active roles and future hiring needs • Share insights on competitor hiring activity, compensation, and talent availability
