Requirements

• Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of L&OD experience, with a proven track record in transforming Learning practices and policies. • 2-3 years HR/management experience building and leading a team from the ground up • Proven experience in implementing, optimizing, and scaling learning platforms (preferably Rippling or Lattice) • Proven experience scaling in a hyper-growth environment, preferably within a tech startup. • People first and action oriented mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves attitude • Demonstrated ability to influence and develop leaders at all levels • Proven leadership influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving Learning & Development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and foster a strong, inclusive culture. • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide development strategy, conducting regular assessments to ensure adoption and positive progress towards goals and target outcomes. • Champion a positive working environment, fostering inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance at all levels of the organization. • Oversee the design and implementation of learning systems that drive employee development, accountability, and organizational progression. • Design and implement robust development programs to equip leaders and employees with the skills and knowledge needed for current and future organizational success. • Drive adoption of learning platforms and create/promote self-service tools and resources • Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop actionable learning paths that align with individual and organizational objectives. • Collaborate with leaders at all levels to create and implement learning paths that enhance employee engagement, retention, and the overall workplace environment. • Provide 1-1 leadership and development coaching at all levels of leadership
