• Design and lead the “build how we build” platform: an internal SaaS‑like experience where engineers and non‑engineers can describe what they want, and our system realizes the rest. • Partner with AI and infra teams to wire together the pieces we already have—AI coding tools, virtualized environments, CI, AI code reviewers, evals, and prompt and model optimization—into a cohesive, opinionated product that our teams love to use. • Define success metrics for this platform and iterate quickly based on real usage and feedback from our engineers. • Turn our DevEx stack into true leverage, so that every engineer and PM can move with 10x more impact.

Benefits

• Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The annual salary range for this role is $290,000 - $340,000 USD.
