Versaterm - Manager, Inside Sales

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • A minimum of 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies. • Exceptional coaching, communication, and motivational skills. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric organization and adapt to evolving priorities. • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements.
