Requirements
• Proven experience building and launching search products: end-to-end understanding required. • Strong design sensibility and partnership skills needed to collaborate effectively with design teams. • Track record of shipping consumer-facing products that have measurable impact on engagement, conversion, or growth desired. • Comfortable with funnel analysis, A/B testing, data-driven decision making necessary for the role. • Ability to execute technical product builds in search/discovery infrastructure is a must. • Flexibility required to pivot priorities as business needs evolve and comfort with ambiguity expected. • 4-6 years of relevant experience, specifically within consumer apps or marketplaces preferred but not mandatory for the role.
Responsibilities
• Own and drive feature development for Home Tab. • Partner closely with design to improve discovery, engagement, and activation on Affirm's app front door. • Own the Search Experience end-to-end. • Lead Profile/Settings surface making account management simple, transparent, and trustworthy. • Ship consumer-facing products that have a measurable impact on conversion, NPS, and repeat usage. • Use data and experimentation to identify friction points in core consumer journeys.
