Requirements

• 8 or more years in digital design, product, or experience delivery • Strong hands on background across UX and UI • Experience leading delivery or improving design operations • Comfortable working with cross functional teams and clients • Strong understanding of UX and UI in real delivery environments • Clear sense of quality and attention to detail • Ability to structure work and create clarity in complex situations • Confident working with tools, documentation, and workflows • Calm and organized under pressure • Additional strengths • Experience with design systems and scalable approaches • Understanding of front end, motion, or interaction design • Interest in using AI and modern tools to improve delivery • Your application process • Once you apply, our Recruitment team will review your application. Responsibilities

• Delivery and execution • Own the delivery of experience design work across projects and clients • Translate experience direction into clear and actionable plans • Ensure UX, UI, motion, and content outputs are consistent and high quality • Make decisions to maintain quality under real constraints • Protect the integrity of the experience through handover to engineering • Delivery strategy and standards • Define how experience design is delivered across projects and programs • Establish clear standards for workflows, documentation, and quality • Work closely with leadership to shape delivery approaches • Balance quality, speed, and feasibility in day to day work • Design operations and workflow • Establish scalable ways of working across teams and projects • Improve collaboration between design, product, and engineering • Define and apply documentation standards that teams can follow • Support delivery across geographies and with external partners • Create clarity in how work moves from concept to execution • Team support and production • Support designers in their day to day work • Manage resourcing, timelines, and coordination • Remove blockers so teams can focus on design • Help maintain consistency and quality across the team • AI and operational improvement • Explore how AI and tools can improve workflows and delivery • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify work • Support the team in adopting new tools in a practical way • Continuously improve how the team works • How you work with others • You work from clear experience direction while collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams. • You are the point of authority for experience delivery within projects. You guide teams and stakeholders toward decisions that support both quality and feasibility. • You work closely with the Head of Experience and other leads, contributing to how the department evolves while owning delivery within your scope.
