Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5–8 years of IT operations experience, including regional or lead responsibilities. • Strong hands-on experience in global IT asset management and endpoint administration using Jamf, Intune, and Apple Business Manager. • Expert-level macOS and Windows support skills with solid understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure. • Experience leading overseas ELV and Smart Office projects end-to-end to ensure compliant, on-time, zero-defect delivery (implied requirement based on the job description).
Responsibilities
• Own and govern the full lifecycle of overseas IT assets in Singapore, US, EU to ensure compliance, secure recovery, and audit accuracy. • Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and maintain office IT infrastructure at our Singapore hub while serving as a regional escalation point for issues beyond your scope. • Lead overseas ELV (Enterprise Lifecycle Value) and Smart Office projects from start to finish, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery with zero defects. • Operate and optimize network and infrastructure environments in various regions to ensure secure and stable connectivity for Plaud's operations. • Manage endpoint security and software governance across overseas regions using Jamf, Intune, or Apple Business Manager tools to minimize risk and maintain compliance with relevant standards like GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, EN ISO 27001/27701. • Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure for the successful execution of network architecture tasks related to Plaud's operations.
