Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director level or above), ideally within fintech or high-growth consumer tech. • Proven track record of managing complex customer journeys and consolidating product streams into a cohesive, winning vision. • Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and up-leveling the skills of high-performing Product Managers. • A strong background in using data, A/B testing, and performance metrics to drive rapid iterations. • The ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and represent the organization as a recognized authority. • Experience leading a team through a significant shift in methodology or organizational structure. • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by consumers in the "credit-builder" space and a passion for social impact. • Experience operating in an environment that scaled rapidly, managing the ebb-and-flow of a maturing product organization.

Benefits

• Annual full-time starting base salary range: $186,000 - $219,000 • This role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs. • Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
