Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design and deploy FastAPI services that wrap LLM calls, maintain stateful agent loops, and expose REST/GraphQL endpoints. • Build intelligent agents to handle unstructured medical documents using vision-augmented NLP and multimodal LLMs. • Develop agentic RAG pipelines to surface billing codes and payer-specific rules. • Containerize and operate the stack on AWS ECS/Fargate. • Own the infrastructure as code pipelines for daily deployments. • Instrument services with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry to track denial rates and turnaround times. • Extend our React UI to let human operators launch agents and inspect evaluation traces. • Ensure all features meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security benchmarks. • Advanced Python development experience with a focus on FastAPI for asynchronous services. • Experience with LLM orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI) and building agentic workflows. • Proficiency using AI-augmented development tools (Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor). • Experience with AWS infrastructure (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3) and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare technology. • Ability to process unstructured healthcare data and work with multimodal AI. • Clear communication skills to align requirements across compliance, finance, and engineering. • A production-first mindset. You operate and monitor the code you write. • Ability to build inside regulated healthcare frameworks.
