Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on commission management experience in a B2B SaaS environment (Sales Comp, RevOps, or Sales Finance background — title is less important than the actual scope of work) • Working knowledge of a modern commission platform — CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Everstage, QuotaPath, or comparable, ideally as an admin or power user • Strong analytical foundation — advanced Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets skills, comfortable with complex formulas, lookups, and large-scale reconciliation work • Analytics and reporting — ability to build and maintain performance dashboards, track commission metrics, and generate insights to support Sales and Finance leadership decision-makingCRM literacy — Salesforce reporting, data extraction, and a clear understanding of how opportunity data flows into commission calculations • Experience with multi-component plans — quotas, accelerators, SPIFs, MBOs, clawbacks, and ramped quotas for new hires • Clear communicator in English — you will work daily with reps, Sales leadership, and Finance. German is a nice-to-have, not a requirement • Operator mindset — you take ownership, build trust with stakeholders quickly, and bring rigor without bureaucracy • Background bridging Finance and GTM (e.g., prior FP&A or Sales Finance experience alongside operational commission ownership) • Exposure to plan design, not just plan execution • SQL skills or experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Monthly commission cycle — running calculations, validating outputs, preparing payout files, and handing off to payroll for the full GTM org • Plan administration in our commission tool Salesforce Spiff— quota uploads, plan assignments, accelerator and SPIF logic, exception handling • Commission accruals and reporting to Finance — monthly accrual postings, variance analysis, and input into management and investor reporting • Plan design support and stakeholder management — partnering with FP&A, RevOps, and the CRO on annual plan design, modeling payout scenarios, quotas, and stress-testing new plan components; driving stakeholder alignment across Finance, Sales leadership, and • RevOps on key decisions such as annual comp plan rollouts, mid-year SPIFs, and dispute resolution • Rep enablement and inquiries — first line of contact for commission questions, owning dispute resolution, and running plan rollout sessions for new hires • Reconciliation and analytics — reconciling data across Salesforce, the commission tool, HRIS, and Finance systems, and building dashboards on top (attainment, payout ratios, ramp curves, plan effectiveness) to turn commission data into actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership • Governance and documentation — maintaining plan documents, SOPs, and audit trails to support both internal controls and external audit requirements • Continuous improvement — automating manual steps, improving data quality upstream, and helping us scale the commission function as the company grows

You will run the monthly commission cycle end-to-end, maintain plan logic in our commission tool, partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps, and act as the trusted single source of truth for everything commissions-related at SoSafe. • This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Finance and GTM — your work directly impacts how our reps are paid, how Finance reports performance, and how we design plans to drive the right behaviors. You will report into the Director FP&A and work closely with the CFO, CRO, and Sales leadership team. • Candidates can work remotely from Ireland, the UK, Germany, Spain, or Portugal.
