• Build targeted candidate lists for active roles across engineering, GTM, and operations • Research and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-powered sourcing tools • Draft and send personalized outreach sequences — you'll adapt and iterate based on what's landing • Track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby (our ATS) • Share weekly updates with clear metrics: outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads passed • Flag patterns you're seeing — calibration misses, market signals, title trends — we want your read • YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU • Have 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context • Are actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow • Have strong written communication — your outreach is short, relevant, and human • Are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search • Are self-sufficient and organized • Have sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies • Are familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets • If you don't quite match this but have a unique background or experience you think we should consider, we strongly encourage you to reach out.
