Responsibilities
• The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Technical Discovery: Lead deep-dive scoping sessions during the Consideration stage to translate client pain points into specific service requirements (hours, timeline, resources). • Proposal Architecture: Review technical Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborate with Delivery Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate pricing margins before submission. • Methodology Defense: Defend the technical approach during BAFO (Best and Final Offer) presentations and Information Security reviews. • Win Rate Optimization: Increase the Technical Win Rate by providing AEs with "technical air cover" on complex regulatory topics (FedRAMP, HITRUST, CMMC). • Product Feedback: Feed market requirements back to the Delivery team to refine service offerings based on client demand trends. • Platform Demonstrations: Lead compelling technical demonstrations of the XRAMP Platform, visualizing for the client how Continuous Assessment technologies reduce their administrative burden and risk profile. • Multi-Disciplinary Scoping: Expertly scope diverse engagements ranging from GRC Audits & Consulting to Technical Testing (Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, Executive Cyber Hygiene), ensuring the technical boundaries are clearly defined in the SOW. • Methodology Defense: Articulate the technical nuances of Continuous Testing architectures and how XRAMP integrates with client environments to automate evidence collection.
