Requirements

Responsibilities
• Architect and own the developer tooling and infrastructure for Ramp's software engineering team. • Ship platforms that accelerate agent-driven engineering processes using AI. • Influence best practices across the organization to scale development efforts with AI tools. • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in AI and evaluate their capabilities for Ramp's use cases. • Drive proficiency within the team by ensuring effective adoption of new coding tools and techniques related to AI. • Build platforms that offload work from developers to AI, enhancing productivity and efficiency. • Gather developer feedback on current tooling and processes, identify friction points in workflows, and iterate solutions for improvement. • Advocate for Ramp's broader AI strategy within the organization while taking ownership of critical systems related to it.
