Requirements
• 10–12 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, agencies, public affairs, or a related field • A demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing long-form thought leadership, executive communications, and marketing copy, and translating complex policy, data, and strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives • Experience designing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline contribution, including campaign management across content, events, and ABM • Experience managing target account lists and working within a CRM to track lead flow and conversion • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS, email marketing tools, and social media management, with comfort using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to guide decision-making • Experience producing client-facing materials and supporting business development or sales functions, with a strong understanding of how marketing integrates with go-to-market strategy • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced, client-service environments • Comfort engaging with and presenting to senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence decision making and drive alignment across the organization • Fluency in marketing performance measurement, including building dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue while using data to own prioritization, resource allocation, and performance based decision making

Benefits
• The base salary range for this position will be $155,000 - $175,000, depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position. • Penta Group is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our employees.
