Responsibilities
• Direct Mail Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of direct mail campaigns to promote Tilt Finance's services. This includes selecting target audiences, designing compelling content, coordinating with creative teams for visual elements, tracking delivery rates, analyzing performance metrics, and making necessary adjustments based on data insights. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized solutions, addressing concerns promptly, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication channels such as phone calls or emails. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, optimize strategies for better results in future initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights that can be shared with the marketing team and senior management. • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with other members of the marketing department by sharing campaign updates, discussing creative ideas, providing feedback on proposed strategies or materials to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging goals. Attend regular meetings as needed for project coordination purposes and contribute actively in brainstorming sessions when required. • Research: Stay informed about industry trends related directly impactful upon direct mail marketing efforts by conducting research on competitors' strategies, consumer behavior changes over time due to evolving technology or economic factors etc., which may influence campaign direction moving forward into next quarter/year accordingly adjusted tactics if necessary. • Email Communication: Respond quickly and professionally via email when contacted directly from potential leads who have shown interest in Tilt Finance's services through direct mail initiatives previously undertaken by the company; provide relevant information about available products or financial solutions offered therein while maintaining confidentiality where appropriate. • Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with followers on various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc., sharing updates related specifically towards Direct Mail Lead role responsibilities whenever possible without overstepping personal boundaries set forth by company policies regarding online presence/interaction between employees & employer(s). • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages required for data analysis tasks associated with direct mail campaign management processes; possess knowledge about relevant software tools used within this role such as Mailchimp etc., which facilitate efficient execution of various aspects related directly towards successful completion thereof.
