Senior Software Engineer

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails • 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) • Experience with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with CSS, SASS, HTML, and other templating/styling languages • Experience building web applications with REST or GraphQL APIs • Strong communication skills — especially when explaining technical topics • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language. • Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers or edge infrastructure • Interest in working with AI or LLMs • Experience integrating with GitHub APIs or other version control systems • 📌 A Few Notes • You do not need a college degree to apply • You do not need to be located in the U.S. — we’re remote-friendly • You do not need to meet every qualification listed above.
